The Student Ombuds will keep conversations confidential unless imminent harm or danger is present, or the Student Ombuds is legally compelled to disclose. The Office of the Student Ombuds is not authorized to accept notice of claims against Georgetown University. Discussions with the Office of the Student Ombuds do not create a record, nor do they begin a formal process.
